ansewered ur other question this is great now u gort ppl to work with on takedowns just careful with pressure point syestems like dim mak so of thiose are fatal and strangthen ur fingers with finger tip push ups if possible

remember a lot of meditattiion and push ups   oh an if u aint about killin ppl u still gata learn that but don kill ppl worj on strategy and stuff and personaly i don like jkillin ppl s i do aikido   it is the peaceful martial arts and we eventualy learn to control ki and stuff but im a begiinnner so i can not do this

oh and do sit ups cause ery martial art needs core strength
