Trying to make my own boarder for a flyer at work, any suggestions on how or where I start?

I work for a plumbing company and I want to help make a mailer for the free water testing we offer. I have found several pictures of water coolers on the web but I want to enlarge the picture of the water cooler and make it look like the information in the mailer is printed in the water cooler. Any suggestions?

that sounds creative..you could also add water drippings around it..
