These don't seem like clothing sizes... Maybe they indicate the height of the person in centimeters? In that case, what you have in inches is (approximately)

Just ike the 1st poster said, it's the height of persons in cm, and it's childrens sizes.Ths "S" probably stands for small, meaning a small adult size.

128 would be for children from 121-128 cm, 140 for children from 133 - 140 cm etc.

Those are childrens sizes. For an adult a Medium is 38/40. If you're an "american medium," you're very broad. go for 42/44 if you like your jersey's looser.

176cm  is about 5 ft 9 inches

and is waist size 72-75cm and hip size 90-94cm

this sizes are usually for kids.

In Germany we also use S-M-L-XL in Germany

so it seems this soccer jersey isn't available in M just in S.
