We have about 50 guests and need a place that can accommodate everyone without breaking their banks. All are adults except my fiance's sister who is only 13. Any advice?

  1. My friend's daughter is having hers at:  Dreams, Riviera Maya in April.  With flight from Chicago, 6 nights, $1200.00.  Go on line and check it out.  Looks Great.    You need to get a Wedding Planner in Riviera Maya.  They work with you at all the All-Inclusive resorts.  Will help negotiate the best deals til' you are satisfied.  A web site is then set up where an invitation will go out to your guests and they can book their trips.  Monthly payments can also be made, for no extra fees.  Once you are there, the wedding price is very small.  My friend is paying $10.00 per person for dinner served, or $5.00 per person for buffet.  You will arrive two or three days before the wedding date, to check on all the details.  Guests can stay for a shorter duration, if they wish.  The 13 year old is absolutely no problem at all.  Give yourself enough time for the planning.   HAVE FUN!!!!!!

  3. You left out important information like how many days you are going to stay and what time of the year you are going and how much is going to break the bank. All inclusive is a good way to go because the most important thing is food you wont have to pay for it. Not that it could be that expensive eating out but you don't know how you or your family will react to different foods and also you don't know if they were sanitary handling the food. As far accommodating everyone wont be a problem because most resorts are huge and as long as you book months(1-2) in advance to guarantee everyone has a room you'll be ok. When we(2) went in April 06 we stayed for 7 days and it cost us $ 2,700 that included flight. This said again you don't say where you are from the further you are in the USA the more the flight will be. All inclusive is definitely the way to go just research the resort well before making a final decision. Oh yeah don't forgot hurricane season the last thing you want is to be in the middle of hurricane season and have it ruin the wedding or worse trying to scramble to leave the country. But if you're willing to take risks this is the cheapest time of the year .
