Trying to put a intake manifold back togther after repairing the head gaskets and getting cylinder head fixed

anyone know of a free web site to get pix of the motor? having problems finding bolts and maybe or maynot be missing some. the auto shop never put car back together after we told them we would have someone else fix it. so think they may have lost some bolts. help asap please. going to buy some intake bolts and exhaust bolts now. oh the car is a 2001 pontiac sunfire 2.2

  1. are they bolts or studs.

    pick-up a haynes manual at the auto parts store.


  2. should be a simple job its a friggin 2.2 liter ecotech

    buy the repair manual for the car or any other model that uses this engine

  3. thats a very difficult job, make sure you have the correct gaskets installed and you put all the right lubricants on the threads of every bolt before installing it. there shouldnt be very many bolts on a manifold

  4. Sorry don't know of any web site like that off the top of my head, you might be able to download a Haynes manual which has parts breakdowns. It is best to let one shop complete a job because if it ends up screwed up then they will just blame the other party.

  5. autozone.com has alot of online repair manuals they may have yours
