Trying to recall a ninja anime/cartoon movie about a little ninja kid that had a bird...look at descreption?

the ninja kid is kidnapped by some evil guy and his people..they hang the ninja up in a free space surrounded by hawks and other birds.. then the birds eat start eating the kid...

the guy who kidnapped eats fish alive ..thats all i remmember
