This depends on the phone and network (which you did not give). Try sending an email from your phone to your usual email address, this will give you the correct address for your phone. Then reply from your usual email address back to the phone. If it doesn't get though it should bounce back to your usual address with a reason. Then (if necessary) you can contact your mobile network operator to find out what's going wrong.
