Trying to reinstall printer and I keep getting an...

each time I try to reinstall the printer(1310 series all-in-one) I continue to get the error C:ProgramFilesHPDigitalImagingSkinshp1skin.xml and C:ProgramFilesHPDigitalImagingSkins. I've used the restore it procedure, but it didn't work and I don't know what to do to fix it. The printer is on, but the scanner is not and I can't open the hp director
