Trying to retrive my password for bearshare and it won't go to my e-mail?

i changed my password on bearshare and i forgot it, when i fill in my e-mail address it says..will send your password to ur e-mail..nothing shows up..can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong.

  1. did you check your junk/spam folder? maybe it went there by accident.
