Trying to send newsletter in html format to yahoo inbox, but it is going to bulk folder?

Im trying to send a newsletter in HTML format using a standalone software accessing my outlook client to yahoo mail id but the html mail is goin to yahoo bulk folder instead of inbox.

I want the newsletter to go to yahoo inbox at the first time only. Do not want to mark it as Not Spam in bulk folder.

I have included all the privacy statements and everything else so that its not considered bulk mail but still not working.

Can anyone please tell me how to do it.

Check your headers, the information will be in thier. Yahoo mail reads headers to see if it qualifies as SPAM or questionable mail.
