  1. Make sure your Yahoo! Music Jukebox is at the latest Version, should be 2.2.1.032.  If not uninstall in add or remove programs and download/install from:

    downloads.yahoo.com

    Also upgrade Windows Media Player (WMP) to WMP 11:

    If that doesn't work, then contact Yahoo! Customer Care:

    Added 08/29/07:

    Yahoo Music Jukebox has a new upgrade available.  Level 2.2.1.039.  Maybe try the new level.
