  1. hmmm as long as ur bike is in india u wont have prob with the rto but in case if u still wana change it u have to take a no objection certificate from chennai RTO and in hyd u have to apply for a change of registration but u  reg no of ur bike will change i suggest if u planning to settle in hyd u chage but for a year or 2 u staying in hyd its ok u dont change the number

  2. You have to make an application with R.T.O. Chennai for a Non Objection Certificate for transfer of Bike to Hyderabad and then register the Bike at Hyderabad with the help of the Non Objection Certificate.

You can take the help of some Motor Driving Teaching Institutes for this purpose as they have contacts and influence with the R.T.O. Offices.

  3. Get a NOC from RTO of your area in TN

You may or manage not to regiter in Andhra since your stay is TEMPORARY.

    Even NOC is not compelsary

You can book it in the same train you travel & collect at Hyderabad
