Trying to trace a magazine story from 2001?

Hi a friend of mine had her story featured in Take a Break Magazine uk in 2001. We are trying to trace it. Im wondering if anyone knows of any websites that might have it. I have been on the magazine website and also contacted them but they want ridiculous amounts for them I would be very greatful if you could help me. Thanks in advance. xx

Sadly Take a Break don't have an online archive for old stories. I'm assuming your friend contacted the cuttings department from the magazine but it might be worth actually trying to speak to one of the reporters or the commissioning editor and asking them very nicely if they would perhaps photocopy the story from their files and send it to you.
