Ill be in Paris....realize the only camp in France is natzweiler. Id like to go to Dachau/Bergen Belsen/Natzweiler/or Westerbrok. Ill more than likely be taking the rail. Any information on what train or bus to take (once im in the city). Any info other than "take a train, then a bus." Got that part down chief, perhaps something a little more descriptive?

  1. you can also go to the Struthoff, it is in Alsace, not far from Germany.

    It's a very representative camp...

And the practical thing is that it's close to Strasbourg, where you can fly from Paris and then take a bus or a taxi to the camp

  2. first, dachau is in germany, not france, and the nearest city is munich. the easiest is probably to fly there.

natzweiler is not to far from strasbourg, check their website for practical information, nearest train station...

  3. There is not a lot of concentration camps in France, only two in Alsace.

You have to go in Germany or Poland (or Austria maybe) to see the most famous.

  4. Take the train to the city they are in.  When you are in the city, take the bus.
