  1. Not at all.  Just be sure not to use too much cream and sugar, if you need them.  Of course, if you're talking about a venti caramel mocha frappuccino, now that's something different.  Stay away from those frozen drinks!

  3. ALthough coffee has no calories it can be unhealthy if you load it with cream and sugar. Its even worse if you buy coffee from a chain. (Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts etc.)

    So watch what you put in it and make it yourself. But no, I don't think that one cup of coffee will ruin your diet(:
