2. this s****., posh, dog living with a family in london and his adventures and things with the family and etc. very goood story ideas and such tho.

  1. keep it very simple. my lo would rather have a book about the dog that went to the park(like spot) they need things that they can relate to in there own lives hth

  2. I think you should include the undead, somehow.

  3. There are many educators who talk about how talking animals, etc. in books is not appropriate for this age.  I disagree with them to a large degree, but people are out there that think this way.

That said, think about Tommy DePaula's books.  He has some fantasy books, but look at his books about him growing up and getting interested in art.  I really enjoy those and think you might be able to get a larger target audience with them.

    Matt

  4. do simple action books.  I wrote a book about gymnastics and I've written one about dance.  Something that gets them actively involved and rhyming words are a plus.  Examples from my book was like we stretch on the floor.  Lets see your biggest stretch, balancing on one foot, jumping up and down, somersaults etc.

  5. liked the first one better!! my baby cousin loves fairies and princess you can also give it a little twist faires, princess or pickles that travel the world.

  6. my kids like books about pickles and about swimming can you possibly write about a swimming pickle on a farm or something?

  7. The first one! But when he travels the world make it a little bit of a fantasy like creatures that dont exist or something

  8. One that the children can remember and with rhyming and silly actions.

  9. the first if they are the kid of children who like 2 learn

the second if they want to have fun

  10. If it is for pre-school children - keep it simple with a contstant character throughout. Repetition is good to help them learn some words. Same for early readers too. Keep the words simple enough for them to be able to read phonetically too. They love to find things in the illustrations but dont make them too cluttered.

    hope it goes well
