Trying to write my EX at Dekalb County Jail in GA!?

I have the address and his info [id number] but I don't know where on the letter to place it.On the envelope or the letter?What I do I need on there??????????

You put it on the envelope right next to his name or right under it.

Have you tried to contact the Dekalb co jail?  A phone call/email should get you the information that you need.
