Question:

Tryouts tomorrow, tips for the night before?

i am planning on a ft long ham and cheese w/ lettuce from subway for lunch and pasta pasta pasta for dinner. Tryouts are at 830 tomorrow so im hittin the hay at around 10. Any other suggestions for preparation the night before or suggestions on things to help carbload?

  1. Make sure you stretch out a little and drink TONS of water today. And don't skip a meal in the morning you need to eat something, but make it light. Good Luck. Don't stress out too much.


  2. well..it would help to let us know what sport you are trying out for.

  3. do some stretches right before you go to bed it will loosen you up before you sleep

  5. I'm assuming you're trying out for soccer.

    But yes get some carbs, but also make sure that you're getting a lot of protien. And I'm guessing tryouts are going to be pretty intense with a lot of running. So make sure you drink a lot of Gatorade and water before practice to you can keep yourself hydrated. My favorite meal before a long day is spagetti with meat or turkey or pasta with chicken because you get the carbs and the protien, and it keeps you filled up.

  6. You got most of it. keep your self hydrated, get a good night sleep. eat a good breakfast, not to much or too little.
