Read a test study on Tryptophan pills and they found that it improved mood, and lessened negative emotional reactions to situations. (sleepiness not directly linked to Tryptophan but the amount of food eaten to get it). Anyone try Tryptophan pills? what changes did you experience?

Any other good, natural, over the counter mood improving suppliments worth trying?

  1. Honestly, I think pills can ever change someone's thoughts/emotional state/reality.

They claim to make you think 'happy thoughts' etc...

I know someone who took anti-depressants to help their mood and it didn't seem to help.

    Changing someone's emotions takes time..
