  1. Safe, Safe>??? what?

I'm not sure if 'safe ' is the right word.

If you want to take precorsions, stop breathing!

There are so many scary things in the world.

If it comes and your near it, Blacktown doesn't sound too bad, but there is an opportunity too, because if you survive, you will be neeed to help everyone, and if you die, well we all have to sometime.

Take a deep breath and decide if it's were you want to live, then get on with living.

  2. You do not live in the Penrith district. You live in Blacktown city,  ( i'm rolling my eyes too).

I live in Seven Hills it would have to be an awfully big wave to reach Sydney's greater west.

If your that worried go up to Katoomba ( to higher ground) I'm sure you will be safe up there.

  3. Quit panicking its some body's dream!!!!!

Sounds like a load of crock to me h**l we are in a serious drought are we not??????

  4. Think but not panic as you have seen what & how to do when it comes. (I am sure you seen the TVs & News around the world when the last tsunami occured.

With the pre-warning system in place, you will be guided what to do and when to move and where to go.  Just be calm and listen to TVs & the News.

Best of Luck to You all in Australia, from Asean.

  5. Your safe...  I promise

  6. A leading scientist says it's only a matter of time before a tsunami hits Australia.

Dr Barry Drummond heads the Earth Monitoring Group of Geoscience Australia and is developing Australia's tsunami warning system.

He says tsunamis have hit Australia in the past.

"There is historical evidence of tsunamis striking many parts of the Australian coast on both the east and the west," he said.

"There was, for example, in 1994, an earthquake off Mexico , which caused a small tsunami that was registered off Murwillumbah.

"The question is not how likely, but how big?"

In 2004, about 230,000 people were killed around the Indian Ocean region when one of the strongest earthquakes ever recorded caused a tsunami.

The quake was centred off the coast of Aceh, on the northern tip of Sumatra, Indonesia, where more than half the victims died.

  7. Ha ha ha. Good one.

Sorry if it's on the internet it must be true (rolls eyes).
