Ttanscaned pen drive problem

I Have transcaned (8Gb) pen drive When i Insert pendrive And open Show message (Pls Insert Disk)
When I try to format Pen drive Show message (There is no disk in drive G)
G Drive Right click And go properties Show 0byets

Pls solve the problem
