  1. Try weight watchers, i find them brilliant and pratical.  you can eat every day stuff just point it.  Go for walks with your baby and i bet the pounds will fall off.

    best of luck

  2. I'm on the Slimming World diet and their diet is healthy for someone pregnant to do.  Its healthy eating and you get all the nutrients you need if you stick to their plan.  I've lost 2 stone since March although not having much luck in the conceiving department yet, but have already spoken to my consultant who is very helpful.

  3. Do alot of cardio! (walking, jogging, running) if you do 2 miles in the morning & 2 miles at night (or whatever you can do) that would be good. And eat right! Good meat for protein, Veggies & Fruit. Its good for you & baby :)

  4. It is not practical to expect to try and lose weight while pregnant. Speak to your GP who may be able to give you some tips on weight loss. Good luck x

  5. I would recommend losing the weight first as it is not advisable to lose much weight while pregnant.

  6. i wouldnt worry about losing wait if you're already pregnant, cuz youll just put it right back on. but i would try to not gain too much more, all you have to do is eat healthier and keep active. walking is good while you're pregnant anyway, makes for an easier pregnancy. just dont be too strenuous. oh, pilates is great, after you give birth. that and walking. you just have to have a fitness plan and stick to it.
