I've been ttc for over two years now and i just dont understand whats wrong. I've got blood work done that came back great. I'm on a waiting list for an ultasound. All i do is cry, i don't understand why is it so easy for other people too have babys and i have to struggle everyday hoping my period doesnt come. I've started on clomid the first month i missed two days so i stopped too wait for this month. Than i took it again for 3 days and missed two, i dont know why i keep missing the days but i hope it still helps. I had my period July21st & my periods come every month but not on the same days. Any advise on some tricks or things that can upper your chances too get pregnant, anything would help.. thankyou

  1. sorry you're going through this and it's good you're getting ultrasounds too to make sure everything is ok and the clomid could help too but try to stick to the days, you can also ask a fertility specialist online for free and find others going through similar situations as you, try FertilityTies.com

    good luck!

  2. Acupuncture.  I tried for 5 years, started acupuncture on the advice of a friend who had tried for 1.5 years and got pregnant with the help of acupuncture the first month.  I got pregnant within 3 months, unfortunatley had a miscarriage.  I stopped for 6 months and started back in January 08.  I was pregnant by March 08 and am now 24 weeks pregnant.

Has your partner been tested?  You need to be sure nothing is going on there with him.

Also, some women have "unexplained infertility".  All my tests came back normal but it still took us nearly 6 years.

  3. Try bd three days a week just to cover your bases. Then after lay on you back with you hips elevated for about 20-30 minutes. I've also read to avoid positions where you are not on top so there wont be any leakage. And just from reading stories on here and other websites, don't stress. Just let it happen. Have fun and enjoy you and your husband (or bf or whatever) alone time together.

lots of prayer and tons and tons of baby dust,

  4. well, trying to find out what is wrong is a step to take. blood work is not enough to detemine if you are fertile. your hubby should also do a sperm analysis. your doctor should check to see if your tubes are open, and see exactly when you ovulate to detemine your luteal phase( days past ovulation till your next period) which plays a big role on things that happen after you ovulate. also check for any endomitriosis that could prevent you from getting pregnant and the shape of your uterus, if there is any abnormality in the shape.

these are some of the things you can discuss with your doctor. Hope it helps.

    good luck!
