Ttc through self insemination periods a little irregular

Question

me and my bf had been ttc for 8 months with no luck my bf has a slighty low sperm count so dr suggested self insemination my period are a little irregular had period on 15th april, 11th may, 13th june and most recently 8th july with them irregular how should i work out my ovulation

plz help baby very much wanted

I am not sure if you are set on a natural conception but if you aren't I would suggest talking to your Dr about medication to regulate your periods.  Your periods are not that far out of whack, but it is hard to know when you will ovulate without regular cycles.  

If your boyfriend has a low sperm count and you do want to conceive I would recommend having intercourse about 12 days after the first day of your period EVERY OTHER DAY for about 10 days.  The reason for every other day is that it will give the sperm more time to build and a better chance of baby making.

I was considered infertile for 6 years but was able to have a baby last year.  I have been on some different fertility treatments for irregular periods (I only have 2 to 5 periods a year sometimes) and was able to conceive a few times.  I am on Clomid again right now TTC #2.
