  1. I would consult a fertility specialist.  Let them check your tubes to see if you are a good candidate for reversal . . . that would probably be first choice.  It would be less expensive than IVF and you would have multiple attempts to try to conceive.

    If there was damage to the tubes and a reversal was not a good option, you could look into IVF.


  2. Your choices are in vitro or tubal reversal, artificial insemination is not an option.  You'll probably have to go for in vitro (even those I am morally opposed to created babies that are not going to have an opportunity to live) the tubal reversal is not 100% guaranteed to work.

    I'd suggest you look at adoption as a viable option as well.
