Tubing in salt water.... should i wear goggles?

does the salt water hurt your eyes? do you get used to it?

  1. Salt water always stings your eyes - but more importantly, when you are tubing make sure you get goggles that will block the harmful rays of the sun. There are polarized goggles (there are even prescription goggles! ) that will protect your eyes from both sun and spray.


  2. after a period of time the body will adapt to it.

    but to save irritations and any other problems just wear goggles to save. xx

  3. I say always wear goggles when tubing... keeps the spraying water out of your eyes. Water in your eyes irritate them anyway, no matter what kind of water.

  4. you dont have to...salt water typically shouldnt hurt your eyes...but its your preference
