okay, so
im trying out for cheer pretty soon, and i know they have to be able to tumble on hardwood floor. i can tumble on the spring floor at my gym like handsprings and all, but when i try to tumble on cemente, i dont get enough bounce and its quite heavy. ive been practicing, and it hasnt gotten ANY better! also, it is kinda painful. but i can stand it. but still!!
HOW CAN I GET BETTER?!!
