Tummy ache and back pain...?

Question

my upper right part of my back hurts to breathe, been like that all today and a little yesterday and now my lower left side of my stomach hurts--like i feel like its a stomach ache but tried going to the bathroom.didnt work..

ah.cant sleep..

obviously im not going to the doctor tonight--its 3:00 am..

wats going on???

ease my pain..dont need to be stressed out.. :/

Drink three lts of water for the day and flush the kidneys and keep away kidney stones. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggys.Exercise is also important.Take care.
