Question:

Tummy tuck or Stomach Belt?

I am in my late 30's and am on the thinner side. After my 3 deliveries, I have put on some extra tyres around my abdomen area, which is quite embarassing. I dont want to go in for things like the tummy tuck considering its an expensive affair and also I am afraid if the whole thing fails. I was thinking of getting myself the stomach belts like that advertised - the magnetic abdomen belts etc. I am confused. Could any one who have already used it suggests some good belts and whether it is really helpful, where do i get it and the approx. cost. Thanks in advance

  1. I won't be that useful sorry - but I do recall a celebrity using a corset to help her get back in shape - I have read that they can help your body learn where your body is meant to be! I also saw that there is a certain type of massage that does the same thing.  I assume you've tried sit ups and crunches? I also tried a belt that emitted electrical pulses - not sure if it qorked, but I liked it all the same...

  2. Truth is spot reducing doesn't works, you can't remove fat from particular part of body.Do cardio exercises(running, cycling, jogging),it will remove fat from head to toe.

  3. well im not to sure about the sauna belt, melt belt,etc.. but my mom and a lot of her friends dont really like spending money on stuff like that because u never know if they will work....so they take big BLACK garbage bags and fold them in half (to make thicker and long) and tape or tie them around their waists/tummies and exercise while wearing them, it makes you sweat twice as much and is a cheaper way then buying those weight loss belts and you can also do body wraps at home with terry clothes soaked in hot water wrapped tightly around parts of your body, it helps release toxins and suck extra fat back so you look thinner

  4. Tummy Tuck would be a better option

  5. All the belts that you see in the ads are merely gimmick. You just sit and think, if a belt can reduce the fat from our body, nobody in the earth would have pot belly.

Stomach, tucking is not a wise solution as there some cases are having difficulties in later stages.

What can I suggest you is nothing but control your carbohydrate intake. Then go for work out which is tailored to your body. A certified instructor can make out your body category and your limitations in stretching and resistance and instructor can give you a work out regime.

    Wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.
