Tumor specific angiogenesis question?

Ok, I need some major help. I need to answer a few questions on cancer tumours for a uni assignment. I'm doing a lot of reading but I think my answers are insufficient.

Can those who have knowledge in this subject please help me answer the following question and if possible give me some reference points so i can do some further reading.

1. Discuss how contemporary understanding of the molecular and cellular basis of normal and aberrant angiogenisis might lead to new cancer therapies.
