Hi I recently got Tune Tools 2.0 to transfer my ipod songs onto my new Alienware m15 laptop. After installing Tune Tools I was told to install Itunes by the program and did so. After connecting my Ipod and Itunes opening I opened Tune Tools that Proceded to tell me that my ipod was not detected, this led to me following instructions from Tune Tools until frustrated. I finally figured it was the program acting up so I uninstalled it then reinstalled it once reinstalled Tune Tools couldn't even Open, there would however be a pop up error message saying something along the lines of, "Out of Range:-I" or close to this. I wondered what that message meant so i went to google and searched but when I began to type in the navigation bar google came out of my keyboard as g66gl3. I made sure I did not perform a type by trying again and making sure I was infact type O's and E's. My only conclusion was that the software had somehow reconfigured my laptop's keyboard. After noticing this i immediatly performed a full System restore and was able to go back to my former Keyboard configuration. I need help with this software...can I return it to best buy....I bought it today after all...Or can I get some tips on how to install it...so that it actually works and doesn't bother my computers settings? Many Thanks!, Brad
