Tune after Kennedy's speech at DNC??

What's the name and singer of the tune that was heard while Senator E. Kennedy was shaking hands after his speech at the Democratic National Convention last night.

I sounded familiar to me because it was used by British satellite channel Sky One back in the late 80s when it was launched as its promotional signature tune. It said something like "We are the one, we are Britain's number one". And I think something like 'the one' was in the lyrics of that tune last night too.

The song was "Still The One", however I am not sure who the artist was.

Upon further checking, it was Canadian Shania Twain who sang it.
