Tune up for an explorer sport 02?

What involves a tuneup for an explorer sport 02? 118 thousand miles. Does anything electronic need to be adjusted ?? or something?

I would include spark plugs motorcraft plugs only, fuel filter, air filter, and and injector service. No adjustment is needed as for timing it is computer controlled. If you want you can have the keep alive memory cleared to reset fuel and transmission shift for the new tune up. dealer cost 450-550$ don't forget the throttle body service!
