Tune up shimano altus rear derailleur's. no screws?

Question

There is no b, h, or L s***w. I can't find any adjustments? It has thumb click shifters. The problem I am having is the bike will only shift between 5,6,7 gears. I have tried completely releasing the cable and it still will not shift pass 5.

What's below Altus, I don't know specifically, but I think you're talking the stamped steel stuff. But it should have adjustment screws. If they're not there, it's because they fell out; in which case, get a new derailleur! Here is the factory user's guide for installation and adjustment.
