Tuner does not work Sony CDX-L420V CD suddenly.

I have much of the same problem like one on this forum;-problem: the tuner is not working.-no reaction when prsssing the buttons.-Much of this:It seems to be not a power loss cause when I press the "display" button it shows the time it seems to be "on" ...-The other task is when opening to insert a cd it does,is also plays it. sound: stays on one level.( not loud)-I pressed the reset button many times: no changeI tried jexx recommendations: de fuse from the radio itselff is allright. -No burned fuses in the fusebox.Other suggestions?Soer.
