Tuner problem. The input on the TV will change on it's own without me using the remote or changing

Question

The input on the TV will change on it's own without me using the remote or changing it in any other way. It will change from input 1 to 2 to 3 and so on. I can't control the input from changing, and it's impossible to watch tv.
