Tungsten E2 sd card - photo's

I have a Tungsten E2, a 1gb SD card (Kingmax M series) and I am trying to put photo's on the SD card from my Mac iBook G4. Although the jpg photo's show up on my SD card when I put it in mt PC, they do not show up on my Palm ???
