Tuning a 1982 Honda XL100S Carburetor?

Question

Does anyone know how many times you have to turn the high speed jet to set it? and how many times do you turn the air jet to set it?

the 2 jets in the front are for the idle mixture. turn each 1 in until they seat, then back each 1 out about 1/4 turn, start your car and turn each 1 out about 1/4 turn until you get a smooth idle.
