Tuning a Toshiba CT 9689

I have not got a manual for the Toshiba CT 9689 but I would like to tune it and have no idea how to! I can get BBC2 on channel 3, ITV on channel 16 and 5 on channel 0. I'd like to be able to get the other terrestrial channels and move them to their correct channel please.
