Tuning an Akai Television

Question

I own a 29" Akai television (CTV29TA) which recently 'spat the dummy' and had to be re-tuned to receive the free-to-air TV stations. At one stage we had them tuned but a blue screen flashed up saying something along the lines of "Hi Sense has been turned off". We're now stuck with only 2 TV stations. Any idea how we tune our TV to receive the others?
