Tuning channels for a Centrex DVB - T. The only channels that I presently receive are all the ABC

The only channels that I presently receive are all the ABC stations and SBS. I would like to also receive Channel 7, 10 and 9. can you help solve my dilemma. Also, where would I be able to get a manual for this television.
