  1. Apply for an ID card in the Tunisian Embassy  in UK because you are a Tunisian citizen.

  2. The procedure for getting a Tunisia ID card is that you have to fill out an application form (you get it from the courts) that proves your nationality, where you live, etc. You take this completed paperwork, a photo of yourself, and your certificate of birth to the police. There, the police will fingerprint you, and after 15 days you can come to pick up your ID card.

I do not believe that it is something you are able to do from the Embassy. Usually ID cards are done only for people living within that country or that have set up permanent residence within that country. You can call the Tunisian Embassy to find out though. Here is the information for the Tunisian Embassy in London if you would like to call them and verify whether or not you can be granted an ID card from abroad:

    Tunisian Embassy

    29 Prince's Gate

    London SW7 1QG

    Telephone: +44.207.584.8117

    Fax: +44.207.225.2884

If I can be of any more help or assistance, please feel free to contact me.

  3. an ID card is a # resident # card of Tunisia,

if you were to get one ? you would have to declare that you do NOT reside in the UK,

The indentity card is done in the district of residence, and nowhere elsewhere, you could perhaps  get one done, by declaring that you do not hold a residence outside of Tunisia.

but, then you would have to show proofs, electric bills, gaz, phone..........
