  1. If it was his first visa & refused, next time the chances are from slim to zero. 90% appeals are declined as well, unless its a family visit.

    He can, however try to get a student visa, but since his visitors visa was refused, UK Embassy will require him to pay his course fee in full in advance & show them the receipt of payment before stamping student visa. (He wont be given student visa for English language courses, so no point trying for that).


  2. Difficult for North Africans to get a visa to go anywhere in Europe even if they are in full-time employment in their home country. Even those who are legally resident and working in the European Union are often refused UK visas.  

  3. There's not much you can do. He can appeal it, try again...but legally, that's about it.

  4. An applicant must be able to prove that he will return after the visit in the country he is applying for a visa.  This situation can be proven if there is a credible source of money, property rights or reputable employment.

  5. Once refused it will be very difficult to obtain the visa for the same reason, try for business deals or something else.
