Ok, I found it. I didn't know it as I thought I did. I looked up the song, and found the sample track he used with this one.

The sample track was: What's A Telephone Bill" by Bootsy Collins.

I then looked up the lyrics and figured out what part was sampled.

On that part of the song she's saying:

"I'm just living and loving, waiting for the moment

When you got time to kill"
