Question:

Tupperwares are not tight-proof?

I have sets of tupperwares which I bought some years back.

Some of my tupperware's covers are not tight enough so my sauce, juice, wet food drips all over the tupperwares.

I wanted to change for new covers but the Tupperware's dealer told me distinctively that tupperwares are not meant for air-tight proof so exchange was denied.

So, are we paying so much money just to buy some ordinary plastic wares that cant hold liquid or store cookies?

What should I do? I wrote in to their web but till now received nil respond. Were we being ignored?

How to complain on this?

Is tupperware cheating on us?
