  1. well it is healthy..

    but you really shouldn't eat ham..

    do you even know what those poor pigs have to go through!??

    .When theyre very young they get their balls chopped off

    .They load them with so many growth hormones they cant walk or even move

    .they are crammed in small spaces living in their own c**p and other dead pigs....

    all awaiting untill they get to the slaughterhouse to get hung by their feet and get their throughts slit just for your taste buds!

    nothing deserves that!!!!!


  2. wtf julie, that's a pretty stupid answer, that sandwich sounds healthy, subway sandwiches get loaded with fat with all the mayo that's added on. also, check out canned soups with low sodium. that's your key for low salt canned soups.

    6 inch sub has 290 calories, 45 calories from fat and 1210 mg of sodium. Check the link for the rest of the nutritional information and compare the info to other sandwiches listed there.

    On canned soups check out the Healthy Choice ones and some of the new lower sodium soups by Campbells or other manufacturer you like.

  4. Subway is healthy, but only if you select certain sandwhiches. If you stay away from hamburger meats, processed cheese and mayo, and get a whole wheat bun, it's pretty healthy.

    Your selection seems pretty healthy, since you stayed away from the hamburger meats, mayo and processed cheese. Basically, now, it comes down to your bread choice. Whole wheat would be best, but others are still fairly healthy.

    It is healthy, but it's a nice once a week max thing, unless you order the all veggie one (with no cheese and no mayo).

  5. That's a healthy sandwich, as long as you don't add mayo.  Some low sodium soups are from Healthy Choice and Campbell's makes some "Healthy Request" soups that are low sodium.

  7. take the cucumbers out and place them on ur eyes and even tho the sandwhich is not healthy you will feel rejuvunized. and dont pay atteniton to if ur fat hangs over ur pants the next morning.

  8. yes its healthy...better than any other fast food out there. the best canned soup is DEFINITELY Healthy Choice...the one that comes in a green plastic thing with a plastic top...youll find it in the canned soup section at your local market.
