Turmeric, curcurin, yu jin for insomnia?

Has anyone used them and what were your results? What dose/preparation did you use?

  1. Since nobody has answered yet, I'll toss in my 2 cents.

    The herb Turmeric (Curcumin, or Yu Jin) is primarily good for Liver health... I've never heard of it being used for Insomnia. For that matter, I've never heard of anyone even getting tired from using it. Sorry.

    However, if you're having trouble sleeping you could try one of a few other natural products that help with sleep/relaxation. The most popular ones are Melatonin, Valerian, Chamomile, Hops, L-Tryptophan, L-Theanine, Passionflower, and Scullcap (an herb).

    You can try any one of those to help you sleep naturally.
