Question:

Turn automatic hyperlinks back on in Excel 2003?

I'm working away copying links from the web for some notes I'm making, when one came over looking wierd. An error flag came up, and one of the choices was stop making hyperlinks automatically. I didn't equate my shortcut of "entering into a cell with a url in it and then stepping out and Excell would create a link for me" to the other buggy behavior, so when the formatting came up ugly I turned it off via the formatting error box that popped up.

How do I undo the change? (via menu, not undo :P)

go to Tools > Autocorrect Options...

select the "Autoformat as you type" tab

check the box that deals with creating internet hyperlinks automatically.

That should turn the "feature" back on for you.
