Turn down service questions...?? =]?

I got a job at the Ritz-Carlton hotel doing turn down service from 4 to 10 I start September 5th...{{{ YAY!! }} lol anyways i was wondering what really will i be doing and also my mami says that they tip?? is this true??

Sounds like you will be going to hotel rooms and turning down the covers, fluffing pillows and seeing if there is anything a guest needs before going night, night.  Yes, you should receive tips and you'll most likely be wearing some sort of bellhop outfit.
