Turn on computer sometimes it goes into Windows...

I DIY my com, use for 2yrs... motherboard warranty is over... processor, harddisc and ram are still under warranty...My com sometimes can load into windows sometimes cant... Even when it load into windows but the time it loads into window it will suddenly restart.. and then blank screen. nothing happens... Can anyone tell me what is going on?
